bgh Polyadenylation Signal

The bovine growth hormone polyadenylation (bgh-PolyA) signal is a specialized termination sequence for protein expression in eukaryotic cells. This DNA sequence is useful for producing pharmaceutical proteins and peptides in culture, increasing gene expression in gene therapy and protein production in transgenic animals.
